Vice President, Worker Solutions.

Laura Rosen is a Vice President at Worker Solutions. Prior to joining Worker Solutions, she directed The Impact Factory at The University of Texas at Austin, a hub for social innovation, and taught entrepreneurship and public policy to graduate students.

Laura also previously worked as a Senior Policy Analyst at Every Texan, where she contributed to writing and passing state and local legislation related to job quality, financial empowerment, and college savings. Prior to that, she worked as a Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo, providing financial services to a portfolio of middle-market companies.

Laura began her career as a Fulbright Scholar in Peru, where she conducted research for a microfinance organization supporting economic mobility. She has served on the United Way for Greater Austin’s 2-Gen Leadership Council, mentored numerous impact startups, and is a Leadership Austin Emerge graduate. Laura currently serves on the Grant Advisory Committee for the Texas Finance Commission’s Financial Education Endowment.
